Elastic thigh bands with nonslip silicone. Protects thighs from chafing. To measure for your size, use a flexible tape measure to measure the circumference of your thigh in the position where you plan to wear it. Measure while standing. If you don't have a tape measure you can use a string and lay flat on a ruler.
